Yemeni Armed Forces Spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Sare’e announced that Yemeni forces had targeted Saudi Arabia’s Ras Tanura refinery in the Eastern Province with a ballistic missile, stressing the strike was accurate and triggered major fires at the site.
“With God’s help, the Yemeni armed forces were able to target the Ras Tanura refinery in the Eastern Province with a ballistic missile,” Brig. Gen. Sare’e said in a statement.

He added that the strike had hit its intended target and caused huge fires at the facility.
