President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, stressed the importance of redoubling efforts to provide the needs of government hospitals and medical facilities in order to improve the services provided to citizens.
The President discussed, during his meeting with Minister of Public Health and Population, Dr. Taha Al-Mutawakel, aspects related to improving medical and treatment services in government hospitals, as well as qualifying medical personnel, especially in the field of diagnosis.
The meeting touched on the importance of controlling prices in private hospitals and finding a mechanism for controlling medicines prices and providing pharmaceutical stocks.
