The suspension of a power plant in Aden revealed a corruption scandal for the Transitional Council, amounting to 50 billion riyals.
The company operating the Intersolar station announced that it would stop to demand payment of its dues, at a time when the Transitional Council had announced that the station had been purchased with an amount of 50 billion riyals from the self-revenues of Aden.
Sources said that the leaders of the Transitional Council, which were based on revenue collection, were involved in the corruption deal.
Sources explained that these leaders rented the station with a capacity of 22 megabytes, and announced that they had bought it for fifty billion riyals.
