The Yemeni Parliament’s Presidium in Sana’a renewed its strong condemnation of the Zionist-US aggression against the Gaza Strip and the genocidal war it has been carrying out against the Palestinian people for nearly a month.

During its meeting on Monday, the Presidium urged the Arab and Islamic parliaments to formulate a unified stance against the Zionist entity, affirming that Western-American support encouraged the Zionist entity to commit more brutal massacres and a blatant challenge to the international community.

In a statement issued by it, the Parliament’s Presidium considered that the governments and regimes of those countries are complicit in the massacres and crimes committed by the Zionist entity and amount to war crimes and genocide.

The statement denounced the shameful silence of the international community regarding the ugliness of these crimes occurring in the twenty-first century.

The Parliament’s Presidium criticized the disregard for humanitarian calls during global marches against American-Zionist aggression in Gaza, which resulted in over 30,000 civilian deaths, primarily children and women.

The statement reaffirmed Yemen’s firm position on the Arab identity of Palestine and not recognizing the so-called 1948 and 1967 borders, and that Palestine is an Arab state for the Palestinians.

The Parliament’s Presidium blessed the steps and positions of the Leader of the Revolution and the Supreme Political Council in support of the options to confront the Zionist-American aggression.
