The US Department of Defense (the Pentagon) disclosed new information regarding the attack on the US destroyer.
A Pentagon official said in a press statement, “We are aware of the incident of the destroyer USS Thomas Hudner defending itself against a drone while crossing the Red Sea.”
He Pointed out that the drone took off from Yemen and was heading towards the destroyer “USS Thomas Hudner” and was destroyed, and there were no casualties among the American ranks, according to him.
