Member of the Political Bureau of the Jihad Movement, Ali Abu Shahin, confirmed that the Palestinian people as a whole highly appreciate the Yemeni stance and action in this historic moment.

Abu Shahin stated in a televised interview on Almasirah channel, “The significant pressure exerted by Yemen in the recent phase on the entity has unsettled the United States as it is the main driving force and supporter of the entity.” He added that the marches taking place in Yemen are the largest supportive marches for the Palestinian people ever, hailing what the Yemeni media is doing.

Abu Shahin praised the Yemeni political and military stance, highlighting its significant impact and pressure that successfully thwarted the main supporters of the entity, namely the United States and Britain. He explained that what we witnessed in the positions of Sayyed Abdulmalik and his recent speeches represents further steadfastness and support.

Addressing the US-Israeli enemies, Abu Shahin said, “Do not attempt to deal with Yemen with force, as Yemeni action has been escalating since it was attacked by the Zionists.” He hoped that other countries would follow in the footsteps of Yemen and there are countries that have a lot to offer in this regard if they follow Yemen’s lead.

Commenting on the recent negotiations, he noted that when the issue of the return of displaced persons to the north was raised, the enemy spoke only about the elderly and refused the return of young people. Regarding the ceasefire, the enemy talked about specific hours for the cessation.

Abu Shahin further stated that in the issue of prisoners, there was talk of releasing 1,500, but then the enemy reduced the number to 400, so the obstacles were set by the enemy.

Yemenis have openly expressed their support for Palestine’s struggle against Israeli occupation, particularly intensified after Israel launched a devastating attack on Gaza on October 7.

Yemeni Armed Forces announced that they would prevent the Israeli-bounded ships from moving through the Red Sea, Bab Al-Mandab strait until the Israeli aggression against Gaza stopped and the siege was lifted.
