The Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned and expressed its strong disapproval of the Israeli aggression against Yemen.

According to the Iraqi News Agency (INA), the ministry stated that Iraq “condemns and denounces the Israeli aggression against Yemen,” which targeted oil and civilian facilities, including the Hodeidah port and the electricity company, resulting in civilian casualties and injuries.

The ministry described the attack as “a serious escalation threatening regional stability,” reaffirming its “full solidarity with the Yemeni people” and holding the Israeli entity responsible for any military escalation in the region.

On Saturday, Israeli warplanes targeted civilian buildings, oil facilities, and a power station in the Yemeni province of Hodeidah, killing six citizens and injuring 87 others.

The Israeli aggression has faced widespread condemnation both locally and across the Arab world.
