Settlers Desecrate Al-Aqsa Mosque

Early this Tuesday morning, settlers, under heavy protection from the Israeli enemy police, stormed the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque through the Mughrabi Gate.

According to the Palestinian Safa news agency, the Department of Islamic Endowments in occupied Jerusalem stated that dozens of settlers entered Al-Aqsa in successive groups and conducted provocative tours in its courtyards.

The department clarified that the intruders were given explanations about the alleged “Temple” and performed Talmudic rituals and prayers in the eastern area of the mosque.

The enemy police imposed severe restrictions on the entry of Palestinians to the mosque, meticulously checking their personal IDs and detaining some at its gates. They also prevented Al-Aqsa guards from approaching the settlers’ path during the raid.

Extensive calls from Jerusalem and the occupied Palestinian territories continue to urge residents to gather and rally at the Al-Aqsa Mosque to thwart the plans of the occupation and its settlers.

They emphasized the importance of a strong presence at Al-Aqsa and performing prayers there, considering it a practical step to counter the enemy’s measures and break its attempts to isolate the mosque from its popular and religious surroundings.

Al-Aqsa Mosque is subjected to continuous attacks and raids by settlers and the enemy police in an attempt to change its existing religious and historical reality and impose Judaization.
