Britain and Finland condemned the attacks on journalists in Lebanon, describing them as “unacceptable,” in a joint statement issued on Saturday.
The statement came after the killing of journalist Amal Khalil in an Israeli airstrike last Wednesday, and stressed that journalists and media workers play a vital role in conveying the truth about the situation and highlighting the devastating consequences of war.
