Iranian Vice President: “Breaking alleged U.S. blockade & rising oil exports prove our victory”

Iranian First Vice President Mohammad Reza Aref said that the reported breakdown of a U.S. maritime blockade and a sharp rise in Iran’s oil exports are evidence of Iran’s success.

In a post on “X,” he called U.S. policies “contradictory and illusion-based,” adding that Iran’s response is “on the ground, not in words.”

He also said recent U.S. and Israeli actions against Iran caused civilian casualties and damage to infrastructure, and that Iran responded with Operation “True Promise 4” targeting Israeli and U.S. positions in the region.
