UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese said Monday that “Israel” commits genocide and international crimes as a system, not just through individuals or a government.
She said Netanyahu’s departure would not end the system’s actions, accusing Western governments and some Non-Aligned countries of complicity through arms, diplomacy, and silence.
