At least nine Palestinians, including two children, were martyred in Israeli attacks across the Gaza Strip last night and on Sunday morning, the Palestinian Information Center reported, citing local sources.
Local sources reported that three civilians, a couple and their child, were killed when Israeli aircraft bombed an apartment belonging to the al‑Hams family in the Mawasi area of al‑Qarara, northwest of Khan Yunis.
An elderly man and his wife were killed, while several others were injured, when an Israeli helicopter bombed an apartment in the al‑Masha’ila area of Deir al‑Balah in central Gaza.
A couple and their child were also martyred in a helicopter attack on an apartment in as‑Susi Tower in the west of Gaza City.
Another citizen was killed and others were wounded when Israeli forces opened fire towards Deir al-Latin Street in Gaza’s Old City.
Several citizens were injured when Israeli artillery shelled the vicinity of Dawla junction in the south of Gaza City’s az‑Zeitoun neighborhood, while tanks advanced into the area and opened fire towards the Abu al-Marahil displacement camp.
The Israeli occupation army also carried out widespread artillery shelling, airstrikes, and gunfire attacks in other areas of Gaza last night and today.
