Palestinian dies of injuries in Gaza, amid persisting ceasefire violations

The Israeli occupation army continued breaching the Gaza ceasefire with artillery shelling and gunfire across the Strip on Wednesday, while a citizen succumbed to injuries sustained in an earlier strike.

Medical sources reported that Mohammad Mushtaha was martyred in the morning, succumbing to wounds he sustained in an Israeli strike on Gaza City days earlier.

Meanwhile, Israeli armored vehicles opened heavy fire north of al‑Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza, amid artillery shelling targeting the same area.

Israeli forces also expanded the military “yellow line” area in the north of al-Bureij camp.

In southern Gaza, Israeli artillery shelled areas east and southwest of Khan Yunis, while flares were fired over the city’s coast, amid drone overflights.

In Gaza City, armored vehicles opened heavy fire east of al‑Tuffah neighborhood.
