Israeli enemy forces renewed their attacks on several towns and areas in southern Lebanon on Saturday, carrying out explosions, airstrikes, and artillery shelling as an Israeli force advanced into the outskirts of Deir Mimas.
According to Lebanon’s National News Agency, Israeli forces carried out a massive explosion in the town of Tiri, in the Bint Jbeil district, while the town of Shaqra came under Israeli artillery fire.
In Deir Mimas, in the Marjayoun district of southeastern Lebanon, an Israeli force advanced toward the southern outskirts of the town, specifically in the direction of the olive groves, and remains stationed in the area.
In the Iqlim al-Tuffah highlands, northeast of Nabatieh, Israeli warplanes carried out a series of airstrikes on Jabal al-Rafi’ in the southern highlands.
The developments come amid continued Israeli escalation and shelling across various areas of southern Lebanon.
