Ibrahim Radaei, spokesperson of Iran’s parliamentary National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, said a naval blockade is an “act of war,” stressing Iran will continue to respond and considers its response a “legitimate right.”
In a post on “X,” he warned the U.S. that any reaction would be met with a swift response, pointing to Iran’s strike against the Israeli entity as an example.
In another post, he praised the downing of a U.S. helicopter in the Strait of Hormuz, calling the pilot a hero.
