Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif announced on Friday that a final draft peace agreement has been reached between Iran and the United States aimed at ending the U.S.-Israeli aggression against Iran.

In a post on X, Sharif said that despite what he described as ongoing misinformation campaigns seeking to undermine the peace process, a mutually agreed final text of the agreement has been completed.

He added that Pakistan is working closely with both sides to finalize the next steps, stressing that “peace has never been closer than it is now.”

Pakistan has been serving as a mediator between Tehran and Washington in indirect negotiations aimed at ending the conflict.
