John Ging Calls The International Community To Achieve Peace In Yemen

John Ging , a director of the Operational Division at United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), called the international community to set peace in Yemen, and providing urgent financial resources for  the urgent humanitarian needs.

Talal Aklan, member of the Supreme Revolutionary Committee, received yesterday the UN official at the presidential palace in Sana’a, during the meeting, the UN official said that  the UN appreciates the act ministers’ role in these difficult circumstances to set economic stability in order to  achieve peace.

Ging pointed out that the devastation in Yemen and  targeting  civilians and their facilities are unjustified and unacceptable. He also added that delegation’s visit has achieved  lots of  benefits  in finding the truth  to help the United Nations in its efforts to change the situation.

Ging thanked the state actors and the UN of their success in  lots of efforts and work to relieve the citizens suffering.

In the meeting, the Supreme Revolutionary Committee member welcomed UN delegation and their Operational Division director of OCHA.

 

He said “  the main goal of the meeting is to inform the United Nations delegation headed by Ging about the economic and financial aspects related oil derivatives as well as  the implications of the aggression and blockade on  citizens daily life.”
