The Ministry of Health expressed its resentment and categorical rejection of the efforts of some international organizations to use the Siamese twin’s suffering to beautify the ugly face of the aggressive forces which kills children.
The Director of the Health Office in the Capital, Dr. Mutahar Al-Marwani, stated to Almasirah, Monday, that the World Health Organization had expressed its willingness to transfer the Siamese twins abroad, but it became clear that it wanted to transfer them to the King Salman Center in Saudi Arabia.
He said that the World Health Organization’s offer to transfer the Siamese twins to Saudi Arabia provokes the Yemeni People, as if it does not witness Saudi Arabia’s crimes against Yemeni children for six years.
He stressed that some international organizations seek to beautify the image of the criminal Saudi regime, and this is what happened after Saudi Arabia was removed from the blacklist.
Dr. Al-Marwani stated that a new contact has been made with the UNICEF organization to transport the Siamese twins outside Yemen, but so far, we have not received any response, noting that some Yemeni expatriates have expressed their desire to pay for the treatment of the Siamese twins abroad.
