Clashes with various types of weapons and tensions continue between tribes and mercenary factions in a number of Shabwa districts under occupation.

The continuing clashes for the fourth day in a row left people dead and injured as part of the policy of destroying the social fabric followed by the aggression coalition and its mercenaries.

Media sources said: “Great tensions between tribes in Upper Markha, between tribes from Bani Ayoub and the forces of the so-called Giants supported by the Emirati occupier, are escalating, and clashes occurred because a soldier from the Giants assaulted a woman, intercepted her on the road, and hit her in the head with a hazelnut barrel, and the tension still exists.”

The tribes sought to expel the mercenaries and agents of the occupation from Shabwa, who are wreaking havoc on the governorate and its capabilities and plundering its resources.

In addition, a prominent tribal sheikh was killed on Tuesday by gunfire loyal to the governor of Shabwa, affiliated with the mercenary coalition Awad al-Wazir, northwest of the city of Ataq, the center of the governorate.

Informed sources in the governorate said: “Gunmen from the Al-Dawla tribe in Nissab District, to which the governor of Shabwa Al-Wazir belongs, opened fire on tribal sheikh Salem Hussein Al-Jumai Al-Megrahi in the middle of Wasit Market in Lower Markha, killing him on the spot.”
