A citizen was martyred at dawn on Saturday, when an Israeli drone targeted a vehicle in southern Lebanon.
The Lebanese National News Agency reported that an enemy drone carried out an airstrike in the town of Deir al-Zahrani at dawn today, resulting in the martyrdom of young man Muhammad Ali Jamoul.
The agency added that a hostile drone targeted his Kia car on the road adjacent to the Deir al-Zahrani-Nabatieh highway, near the pedestrian bridge, resulting in the immediate martyrdom of the citizen.
Jamoul is the brother of a martyr who was killed in clashes with the enemy in the Yahmar al-Shaqif area during the 66-Day War.
The targeting was preceded by a remarkable flight, the first of its kind at this depth, of enemy Apache helicopters in the airspace of the area.
