Israeli forces assault six Palestinians east of Yatta

Six Palestinian citizens were injured on Saturday after Israeli forces assaulted them during a raid on a polling station in the Khirbet Khallet al-Miyya village cluster, east of Yatta town, south of Hebron.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported, according to the Palestinian news agency “WAFA,” that its teams in Hebron treated six people who sustained injuries from beatings by Israeli soldiers during the storming of a polling station for local council elections in Khallet al-Miyya, providing them with field treatment.

The Khirbet Khallet al-Miyya village cluster includes six residential communities: Khallet al-Miyya, al-Dirat, Irfa’iya, Umm al-Safa, al-Buwayb, and Umm al-Shuqhan.
