Lebanon: Five killed in Israeli strikes in south

Five people were killed on Saturday in Israeli airstrikes on several towns in southern Lebanon, in continued violations of ceasefire understandings.

According to the Lebanese National News Agency, two people were killed in separate drone strikes in Arabsalim and on the Zefta–Nabatieh highway, while three others were killed in an airstrike on the town of Jouya, which also left one injured.

Rescue teams are still searching for missing persons under the rubble.
